And I don't think Ian Boyne is a great example of an open mind - He is still enamored with Armstrong's theology. Moreover, while I don't have a problem with studying the research and views of biblical scholarship, you may have picked up on the fact that I don't believe it's wise to ignore/dismiss the views of folks who are not among the ranks of elite scholarship.Miller Jones/Lonnie C Hendrixhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02865316200703641028noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1771481682224413552.post-38013283057544083732016-05-04T19:19:54.397-07:002016-05-04T19:19:54.397-07:00Are your views plastic? subject to revision, as yo...Are your views plastic? subject to revision, as you study more (real) scholarly material like Ian Boyne is doing?Minimalisthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07394978086891772878noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1771481682224413552.post-40420188658126265282016-05-02T18:13:19.455-07:002016-05-02T18:13:19.455-07:00Minimalist, I am not ignorant of the biblical scho...Minimalist, I am not ignorant of the biblical scholarship you reference. You have reached a different conclusion than I have about Scripture, but my views are also based on an awareness of that information.
